The art of being 'scrappy'

I started shooting products out of necessity for assets which would either take too long to produce or be too expensive to acquire. Google prides itself on being 'scrappy' and that's how my foray into product photography began.

My first contribution started with shooting photographs for the Nexus S website. The design required the phone to be shown at different angles and environments. I purchased foam board and shop lights to create a simple rig which started an addiction which hasn't left to this day.

Chromebooks

I had the opportunity to work with the Chrome team, who are one of the best teams at Google. To this day I respect and am grateful the support, opportunities and trust they gave me to shoot their products including the flagship Chromebook Pixel.
